Service Description

Includes a 30 minute phone call/virtual meeting consultation, 2 weeks (seven days to repeat once) of macro-nutrient guidance, food logs, recipes, and grocery lists. Two 30-minute virtual meetings per month may be scheduled at no additional cost. Session booked is for the consultation (over the phone). All services provided remotely.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations made within 12 hours of a booked session will not be refunded.
